The company's key products and services include design, development, manufacturer and support of highly engineered mechanical controls and components as well as production of complex mechanical assemblies using external designs for fixed wing and rotary commercial and military aircraft, naval vessels, military vehicles, nuclear power stations and industrial plants.    Triumph is searching for an experience Design Manager to support the design, development, test and manufacture of the Mechanical Solutions product line.  This is a hands-on position that requires the ability to manage and fulfill a tactical role as needed. Responsibilities Developing, mentoring and growth of direct reports with evaluating the needs for and select appropriate training for group. Hiring, disciplining, terminating direct reports as needed. Preparing and administering the formal performance review and salary adjustment processes. Maintaining ownership of progress and status of activity within group and providing visibility to management. Improving efficiency and work habits within the group through the evaluation, selection, improvement of design engineering tools and methods. Supporting ISO procedure rollouts and updates as well as audits. Lead process and product improvement efforts. Documenting and standardizing methods.  Improving interfaces and teamwork with other functional organizations. Interfacing with customers and suppliers in support of Program objectives, actively participating in internal and customer design reviews. Preparing, and managing to, cost, schedule, and technical budgets.  Exhibit overall technical integrity and performance of products developed by group. Providing strong, timely support to marketing, factory, and suppliers. Coordinating with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Procurement. Supporting proposal preparation through layouts, preliminary design, estimates, SOW input. Qualifications BS in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering. Master's degree or graduate studies are a plus.  Must be familiar with Aerospace industry, mechanical systems, and military standards and practices.  10 years minimum experiencerequired in aerospace mechanical or structural design or analysis. This includes: design and drawing release; mechanical, structural, dynamic analysis; materials, processing and finish selection; specification interpretation and preparation; manufacturing support; testing and failure analysis; evaluation of new tools and methods; vendor selection; business systems; product improvement, customer interface. Experience in statement of work preparation and compliance.  Experience supporting suppliers in the manufacture of complex product. Experience sought in developing, scheduling, and delegating work packages and job assignments. Experience in design tools, CREO, CATIA, SolidWorks. Experience with PLM systems, data management, Windchill preferred. Strong interpersonal skills are required: written and verbal communications; mentoring, coaching, development of direct reports; conflict resolution; meeting and discussion facilitation; ability to work in a cross-functional, matrix environment; tact and diplomacy; problem resolution.  Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously is required. 14815

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
