Job Description Supervises the Distribution Center to ensure timely receipt of finished goods and/or shipment of products to meet corporate goals and achieve a high level of customer service.  Directly supervises up to 2 area supervisors and indirectly manages up to 40 hourly reports.  Assists Associate Director of Distribution and interfaces with other departments to achieve productivity and quality goals.  Applies and passes state examinations to be eligible to serve as Designated Representative for the site. This Supervisor will work 3rd shift - 10:30PM to 7AM Essential Duties & Responsibilities            Percentage of Time   Supervises the activities of area supervisors to ensure adequate coordination of the Distribution Center workload           Supervises the activities of area supervisors to ensure adequate coordination of SOP, cGMP and Safety training as well as ensure SOPs remain current       Supervises the performance of direct reports - Conduct performance evaluations and merit reviews, Coach/mentor direct reports, set goals Schedule staff to meet business requirements          Ensures Distribution Center automated equipment is operating properly Coordinate with contractors to resolve issues and implement enhancements on material handling equipment (MHE) Ensure lift equipment maintenance programs are current    Ensures Distribution Center Warehouse Management System is operating properly and adequately Coordinate with IT and contractors to resolve issues and implement enhancements Collaborate with Customer Service, Quality Assurance, Security Operations, Safety, Health, Environment (SHE) to achieve common goals Follows Teva Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and procedures.             Other duties, as assigned, or as business needs require. Participate in monthly Operations Reports Participate in system validation, when necessary Participate in budgeting and procurement                                 Primary Outcomes   1.            All Distribution employees work completed in a proficient and accurate manner according to SOPs and cGMPs 2.            All Distribution employees work performed in an ethical and safe manner according to Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, as well as company policies 3.            Ensures all direct reports and indirect reports are properly trained and performing according to company policies and SOPs, as well as operating in a safe and ethical manner 4.            All distribution orders are shipped within corporate goal (72 hrs) Qualifications Education Required:       Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience Education Preferred       Logistics or Business Administration Experience Required:    Minimum 5 years of supervisionexperience in an automated distribution/warehouse system environment Experience Preferred:   Experience with start-ups, implementation of systems Specialized or Technical Knowledge Licenses, Certifications needed:       Warehouse Management System (WMS); WM and Oracle preferred Function Supply Chain

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
