email removed his job will have the following Responsibilities:
Proofread and edit materials, enforcing corporate & departmental style guides.
Review materials for content accuracy, consistency with other marketing materials, spelling, grammar, and formatting.
Test communications in various digital platforms.
Coordinate customer communications for products and corporate matters.
Work closely with Product Managers and external industry pricing organizations to ensure the information is accurately conveyed and received.
Maintain and distribute a list of all product line changes throughout organization.
Primary source (to internal & external customers) for product documentation such as labels, PIs, wholesaler forms, FDA approval letters, and SDS sheets.
Respond in a timely manner, understanding customer orders cannot be processed until documentation is received.
Oversee various departmental projects, coordinating with other departments as appropriate.
Continue to look for ways to make systems more efficient.
Assist with other miscellaneous department projects as needed.
Work with Regulatory to track any labeling version changes, ensuring the most current revision is used on Marketing's communications at time of launch, and that materials/website are updated as needed Manage customer and internal contact lists, keeping information accurate and current.
Qualifications & Requirements:
4-7 years of proofreading experience Have the ability to compare edits from various depts.
and apply them correctly Review the materials and make sure the product is being represented consistently thru out Ability to make sure branding & style are in line Able to manage different tasks and deadlines and flexible with change Can work independently and take initiative

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
