Service Desk Agent /AV Analyst

Provide Tier I call support to customers.
Update and maintain Knowledge Base for Internal Service Desk as well as customer self-help.
Additional responsibilities include IDM, Active Directory, RSA Console, Messaging, and Share Drive administration.
-Video conferencing set up-set up calls, connect meetings, fix issues -Monitor Audio/Video Conferences -Provide technical support for AV related requests -Experience with Polycom/RMX/Lync Tools Job Requirements:
-Must have excellent communication and customer service skills -2-3 years' experience, looking for someone to grow with the company, not looking for someone who has a ton of experience -Must have the AV hands on experience

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
