Opportunity for advancement Essential Job Functions:
Mange accounts receivable processes, including billing, collections, and account reconciliation.
Generate and send out invoices, statements, and other financial documents.
Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve discrepancies.
Communicate with clients to address billing inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely billing processes.
Maintain updated records of accounts receivable transactions and customer interactions.
Prepare reports on accounts receivable status for management review.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

Proficiency in billing and cash applications with a demonstrated ability to adapt to industry specific information and requirements.
