PM Technician

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for safely performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment in one or more fields (carpentry, paint, electrical, janitorial equipment, HVAC, vehicle/golf cart etc.
).
Responsibilities Self-Starter with Leadership and problem-solving skills Perform routine and predictive maintenance Perform general cleaning and maintains clean work area Mechanically inclined with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment, electrical & mechanical issues and then repair Strong customer service skills Comfortable communicating complex issues with superior, co-workers and customers in a professional manner Proven ability to work safely in industrial environments Familiar with and utilize proper Lock Out/ Tag Out safety procedures Perform preventative equipment maintenance and repairs on all floor equipment, scrubbers, chariot vacuums, extractors, etc.
Respond positively to requests in a timely manner Ability to use hand and power tools, use of scissor lifts, ladders and scaffolding.
Soldering and welding a plus Maintain maintenance logs and schedules Qualifications Six months minimum experience in a company environment or equivalent experience and or training such as basic plumbing, painting, HVAC or construction.
Two years Electrical Experience minimum.
High School diploma or GED or equivalent combination of training and experience preferred.
Must complete all safety, environmental and task training and or certifications.

30AM Compensation:
$17.
50 per hour Recommended Skills Carpentry Communication Construction Customer Service Hvac Housekeeping Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
